Financing, rising costs led Chelsea biodiesel plant to bankruptcy
Rising soybean prices and a lack of financing have led to the bankruptcy of a biodiesel plant in Chelsea in northeastern Oklahoma. Green Country Biodiesel LLC filed for liquidation in Tulsa bankruptcy court last week. It listed debts of almost $255,000 and assets of about $127,000. .

The campaign aims to cast the troubled automaker as a company that's listening to consumers and responding with new features. Dana emerges from bankruptcy Toledo, Ohio —- Auto parts maker Dana Corp. emerged from bankruptcy Friday, a leaner company infused with cash from a private equity firm. The maker of axles, brakes and other parts filed for bankruptcy protection in March 2006 at a time when big carmakers were pressuring it to sell parts at lower prices. The company said it needs to move manufacturing to lower-cost countries and to avoid huge losses. Volvo recalls 23,000 vehicles Ford Motor Co.'s Volvo unit is recalling 23,000 of its S40 sedans and V50 sport wagons to fix a faulty seal that may cause corrosion in a fuel-pump component and lead to loss of fuel pressure.
